Are you a young activist? Or do you want to become one? Are you between 18 and 22 years old or will be 18 in August 2023?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated young person to become an activist and ambassador for the importance of voting!

As a member of the pool of young activists of EU inForm – Young Voters project, you will have the opportunity to gain advocacy and campaigning skills, become a Youth Information Ambassador, network with like-minded young people, and make a difference in your community!

Learn how to be a Youth Infomation Ambassador and multiplier of youth information, as well as information on European elections in particular.

Receive a recommandation letter acknowledging the engagement in the project.

Who can apply?

2024 must be the first year you will have the right to vote in the European elections, and you must be at least 18 years old in August 2023.
Have a good level of English.
Must be available for the preparatory online meeting on 7 september 2023, 18:00 – 20:00; training in Spain 18-23 September (travel costs and accomodation covered); follow-up activities for an overall period between September 2023 and May 2024.

What will your involvement look like?

Be engaged in the project activities for a period of approximately 12 months (June 2023 – May 2024).
Participate in the online meetings on 6 June and 7 September 2023, 18:00 – 20:00 CET (17:00 – 19:00 WEST / 19:00 – 21:00 EEST) to get an overview of the project, get to know other activists and prepare for the upcoming training.
Take an active part in the training in September (18 – 23 September, participation in person): learn more about youth information, peer-to-peer approach and basics of advocacy and lobbying.
(By interest) Participate in the creation of the campaign visuals and interviews with MEPs.
In collaboration with the sending organisation, organize an info session for young people on a local/national level on the importance of voting in European elections.
