Currently, we are looking for somebody to join us in our Client Services team as a:

Data integration Trainee (m/f)

In this role, you will assist the Publishing team in all it’s daily activities as well as some specific projects. You will assist the team in the execution of publication orders into electronic media channels for our clients in the Fund Industry.
Your challenge
▬ You will analyse client requests and execute the tasks needed to publish their data on time according to our SLAs
▬ You will participate to the production of annual / semi-annual reports
▬ You will provide support to ensure the accuracy of the financial figures and text
▬ You will support the compliance with all standards and procedures
▬ You will participate to the verification of the reports
▬ You will contribute to system and processes improvements
Who you are
▬ You are in your second/third year of business school or a university degree with a specialisation in finance – fund accounting wound be an asset
▬ You are fluent in English and French
▬ You are detail-oriented and extremely well organised, with an ability to work effectively and multitasking, while having a sound judgement
▬ You are proactive, rigorous, autonomous, quick learner and have a positive attitude
▬ Fund industry knowledge is a plus
▬ You must undertake an Internship as part of your studies (internship agreement required)
