As an HR Admin trainee, you will:
Actively support the Admin team in day-to-day activities: contract preparation, follow up on signatures, data input SAP, etc.;
Work on process and procedures improvement and redesign;
Contribute to HR Admin projects;
Other administrative tasks on request.
What we expect from you…
You will soon graduate with a master’s degree in human resources or equivalent and as part of your studies, you are required to undertake an internship lasting at least 6 months (full time) or one year (part time “alternance”), starting September / October 2021;
You would like to gain a first HR experience within the HR Administration to better understand administrative procedures and the payroll preparation;
You are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail;
You are a good team player, capable of working independently or in a team on multiple demands;
You are an advanced MS Office user;
Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written; German is an asset.
