Your Role...

As an HR Project trainee, you will:

Contribute to drive change management: communication, training, etc. on several talent management initiatives;
Actively support project managers on the implementation of several HR projects all over various project phases : analysis, design, testing;
Work on process and procedures redesign;
Help the team carry out its daily tasks;
Monitor HR trends.

What we expect from you…

You will soon graduate with a master’s degree in human resources or equivalent and as part of your studies, you are required to undertake an internship lasting at least 6 months, starting between September 2021 and January 2022;
You have experience in communication, social media and digital marketing, or HR;
Your analytical skills allow you to quickly understand a situation, to identify possible solutions and key success factors;
You are a good team player, capable of working independently or in a team on multiple demands;
You are highly organised and have excellent attention to detail;
You are an advanced MS Office user;
Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written; German is an asset.
