HR Trainee (m/f)
Work study internship from September 2020 to June 2021
We are currently recruiting an HR Trainee (m/f) for our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate
will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
Working in a young, international environment, you will have the following responsibilities:
Payroll process: you will support the preparation of the monthly payroll for Centralis and our
clients (pay slip, pay ledger and wage tax return)
Administrative management: filing, archiving; employees data registration; document
Support of the HR team.
Interest in payroll and HR administration
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Having high attention to details;
Motivated, eager to learn and ability to work as part of a team;
Being flexible, pro-active, presentable with can do attitude;
Having a strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment;
Good command of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
