We recruit for one of our clients, a management company, an Office Manager Assistant (Student role).
- Sorting out keys and creating a database for this in Excel
- Making an inventory and set up databases for IT material, cell phones
- Processing daily mail, scanning and filing
- Ordering stock if necessary
- Be contact person for and resolve in collaboration with the IT department eventual problems with the badge reader, IT related matters with regards to work desk or meeting rooms
- Tidy up IT storage, make an inventory in Excel
- Student working experience in administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry would be considered as an asset for the role
- Experience in a similar working environment and good knowledge of the financial sector in Luxembourg will be considered as an asset.
- Fluent French and English.
- Versatility, Organizational and interpersonal skills and are essential.
This position is a 3-week student contract for this summer (late July - mid August).
