MDO, a DMS Group Company is a Luxembourg UCITS management company and an Alternative Investment Fund Manager. MDO Management Company services over 70 clients from around the globe and acts as Management Company of over 50 investment vehicles.
In this context of growth, MDO Management Company is currently recruiting for the Risk & Client Services team and for the Risk & Business Management team:
Your main duties and responsibilities will consist of providing support in:
Daily tasks of the Risk & Client Services and the Risk & Business Management teams;
Production of management reports for UCITS and AIFs funds;
Production and analysis of reports on all activities of MDO’s clients covering fund evolution, risk management, compliance &
regulatory matters, third parties and delegates oversight and corporate governance;
Reporting in excel (regulatory, management reporting, logs) related to UCITS and AIFs funds;
Log and follow up of investment breaches, operations incidents, client’s dissatisfactions issues raised in audited reports, NAV errors;
Follow up of client issues internally (e.g. incidents);
Assist with collection and distribution of data for auditors;
Assist with the due diligence of delegates, analyzing data;
Information collection for the team (status of requests, processes, etc);
Administrative tasks (e.g. clean-up of lists in MDO system - SharePoint, preparation of packs for due diligences on MDO, …).
You hold a Master of Science in Banking and Finance or in Business Administration;
You have a very good command of English; French and/or German is an asset;
You have a very good excel knowledge (VBA is an advantage).
